       Initializes  the  environment  to  enable  the use of the TTV computing
       functions like _\bt_\bt_\bv_\b__\bC_\bo_\bm_\bp_\bu_\bt_\be_\bM_\ba_\bx_\bP_\ba_\bt_\bh_\bD_\be_\bl_\ba_\by  or  _\bt_\bt_\bv_\b__\bL_\bo_\ba_\bd_\bT_\bi_\bm_\bi_\bn_\bg_\bF_\bi_\bg_\bu_\br_\be.  This
       function cleans up all the previously loaded timing figures.
