arch-power: Add fixed-point doubleword multiply instructions

This adds the following arithmetic instructions:
  * Multiply Low Doubleword (mulld[o][.])
  * Multiply High Doubleword (mulhd[.])
  * Multiply High Doubleword Unsigned (mulhdu[.])
