   3 A 100% Libre RISC-V chip for mobile devices, with a Libre 3D GPU.

   5 The Libre RISC-V M-Class is a RISC-V chip that is libre-licensed to the
   6 bedrock. It's a low-power, mobile-class, 1.5 GHz, 64-bit SoC suitable
   7 for tablet, netbook, and industrial embedded systems. Full source code
   8 and files are available not only for the operating system and
   9 bootloader, but also for the processor, its peripherals and its
  10 3D GPU and VPU.

  12 The GPU is called [Kazan3D](https://salsa.debian.org/Kazan-team/kazan).
  13 Kazan3D is a libre licensed
  14 software-rendered [Vulkan3D](https://www.khronos.org/vulkan/) LLVM Driver
  15 written in Rust.  Optimised 3D instructions will be designed and added
  16 to the Libre RISC-V SoC, to reach a mobile-class performance and power
  17 budget.
